Establishment of steering committee and establishment of Project Documentation Framework.

Stage 2 Establishment of Documentation

Review existing documentation system and other standard operating procedures and processes

Stage 4 Monitoring & Measurement

Establish an audit plan for applicable departments and carry out Internal Auditing
Establish the root cause analysis and corrective action based on the Internal Audit Findings
Carry out Management Review Meeting to review performance of Quality Management System

Stage 5 Certification

Compliance audit by the client appointed certification body
Rectification of Non-Conformance Reports issued by Certification Body
